• Why Am I Always Hungry?
Just can't seem to get full? Do you find yourself eating endless amounts of food but still crave more? Maybe because you haven't got a clue what it is you have been REALLY eating? What?! That's right, what have you been shoving into your mouth? I was in the same boat as you three years go, cruising down the river to nowhere with a burger in hand! No wait I think I had a cheesy taco in my hand! The FIRST thing I noticed when I transitioned my unhealthy diet to a healthy one was I mysteriously was satisfied and full. Crazy I know! How was an apple going to fill me up?! I would not have believed it either but then again I'm REAL living proof! LOL! Well the reason nutritious food fills you up is because its OMG NUTRITIOUS! I might not be a scientist, a dietician or even a nutritionist BUT what I am is a big girl gone thin and this is MY story. So listen closely . . . go buy Michael Pollans book Food Rules and let him explain what you should be eating and just MAYBE why your appetite is out of control! I learned these rules on my own through trial and error but, now there's this WONDERFUL book that spells it out for you. Come on can I make it any easier for you?
